Take a small amount to
your finger tip Gently massage your
lips with circular motion Let it stay on your
lips for 3-5 minutes Wipe off the

Mix a
teaspoon of sugar with a few drops of water into the sugar to
make a paste

it on your lips with your fingertip rinse
your lips with warm water apply
a layer of olive oil and let it soak in ( optional: you can also use
shea
butter to moisturize and protect your lip)
